I have been a plaintiff trial lawyer in Naples, Florida for over 17 years.   I choose to practice personal injury because I enjoy it and it is my belief I can make a difference.  I like the idea that I am able to meet a lot of different people from this area and from all over Florida and other states, even Canada and Europe.  My client does not need to be a US citizen nor do they need money.  My clients have diverse backgrounds.  Some have lived in Florida their whole lives and many have relocated to Naples, some are simply visitors.  This is what makes the profession interesting. Many people find themselves in serious conditions due to do the injuries caused by the negligence of others.

We are a small office and I can give our clients the personalized attention they need.  I can really take the time to get to know everyone, since I have four years within which to bring a claim from the date of occurrence.  I have patience and can sympathize and understand how their lives have changed because of the accident injury.  I return clients’ phone calls in a timely fashion, letting them know I am always available to them and care about their concerns.  I listen to my clients when they explain how the injuries have affected their lives and loved ones.  I am a perfectionist by nature and so is my staff. When presenting a claim I want to be thorough and net as much money for my client as possible.  Personal injury cases take time, are emotional and consuming but when done correctly help people.  That is what my law firm strives to do.

My goal is to exceed my clients’ expectations.  I want my client(s) to be happy with the way their claim is handled.  My reputation is the most important thing to me.
